1. Adults only
Date Night contains explicit adult language. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to play, and only play with adults who want to.
2. Play kind
Respect ✋ Pass, other players and the people you play with. Don't use the game to harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, or to target real people who aren't in on it.
3. Your account
Online play needs an account tied to your email. Keep access to that email private. One person per account. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
4. What you write
Names, house words and word lists you add are yours. By adding custom words you let us use them, without your name, to help choose words for Date Night games and the printed deck. Don't add anything illegal, hateful, or someone else's private information.
5. Our game
The Date Night name, art, design and card set belong to Wimzi. You can play and share recap images; please don't copy the game or its art to make your own product.
6. Free, as is
Date Night is free to play and provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it.
7. Changes
We may update the game and these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. If you keep playing, the new terms apply.
